When and how did you become a Wild Flourette?

I'm the original! But I have been blessed to work with a vaired, extraordinary, smart witted group of baking artists. And some crazy people too!

Do you have any bakery nicknames?

What is your favorite food?

Anything from Wonton Gourmet BBQ.

What bakery item is most irresistible to you?

Frozen Chocolate Chip cookies.

What is your bakery superpower?

I ice cakes really quickly. I'm spacially gifted as well. And I clean a mean grease trap.

Do you have a favorite bakery motto?

"It's a cake."

I've been here forever. All because I walked my dog past the bakery 12 years ago!

Butter Pecan cookies and our Almond cake.

Do you have any bakery superpowers?

They call me the "Customer Whisperer." Also, I am famous for my pumkin roll. I am not allowed to attend family gatherings without bringing one!

When and how did you become a Wild Flourette?

In February 2007 I stopped in the bakery looking for decorating classes. There were none, but Sue and Mona were so amused by my absurdly large "Michelin Man" style coat that I was hired instead.

Karlita, Snarly, 4

What is your favorite food?

The "Fire and Ice" sushi roll at Shinto in Strongsville. It's crab meat, red and white tuna and scallions.

What bakery item is most irresistible to you?

Oatmeal Raisin cookie dough.

Do you have any bakery super powers?

I would like to think that I can match any color swatch to icing or fondant and it will be pretty darn exact.

Sculpted cakes and fondant work require at least 3 weeks notice.

Please call or stop in to place your order. Because of the custom nature of our work we do not accept any orders via email.

We accept only cash and checks.
