Yeast dough is not to be feared!......
Learn the basics of sweet yeast dough. We'll make the dough from scratch along with nut, cheese and poppy fillings. You'll make danish, pinwheels, russian tea biscuits, sticky buns, pecan rolls, nut and poppy rolls. All the sweets go home with you so you'll be ready for Easter breakfast. This is a hands-on, labor intensive class. We will provide all the class ingredients, packaging materials, recipes and lunch.
Cost is $150 per person and regristration is non-refundable. Remember, we accept cash and check only and payment is due at the time of regristration. Call us at 440-331-2950 for more details!! |
