Thank you for considering us to make your wedding cake for your special day! Weddings are our specialty and we will work with you every step of the way to create the custom cake you desire. 

What is the first step?

The first step to start creating your wedding cake is to determine the general size cake you need. If you need to feed less than 100 people than your cake will be a single or two tier and can be ordered up to a week before your wedding. Since we cannot deliver two tier cakes, these wedding cakes do not require an appointment, simply stop in and one of our consultants will work with you to create your cake. Two tier or single tier cakes are priced the same as our occasion cakes.

Wedding cakes feeding +100 guests require 3 tiers or more and we invite you to schedule a consultation with our wedding consultant to begin the process of designing your cake. Wedding cake consultations are typically scheduled 6-9 months prior to the wedding date and last for approximately an hour. Appointments are scheduled by calling us at 440.331.2950. We offer appointments on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays on the hour from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. We offer Friday and Saturday appointments during holiday weekends and the winter months (please remember that our time on Saturday is dedicated to the couples marrying that day just as it will be on your special day). Your time spent with the wedding consultant will be to go over design, cake construction, and possible flavor and filling combinations. It is important to know that you do not do any tasting at the bakery itself, as we send you home with a sample box of our most popular cake flavors and fillings to try at your convenience and with as many friends and family members as you wish.

How much does a wedding cake cost?

Average cost per slice ranges from $3.00-$3.75. This pricing includes basic decorations done with our signature icing (the cake below would be included in this pricing). Please view our "Simple and Elegant" gallery for examples of designs that incur no additional design costs. Of course you are not limited to choosing one of these cakes---basic or not, all of our work is custom! The galleries shown here are but a small example of our cakes, feel free to peruse our Facebook (link found on our home page) for more examples of our work.

Fondant-covered cakes start at $7.00 per slice. You can identify a fondant-covered cake by it's rounded top edges. You DO NOT need to fondant-cover a cake to get it smooth, however certain designs do require that the cake be fondant-covered. Labor-intensive design elements such as swags, fondant bows, rhinestones, chocolate work or painting do incur extra design charges. How do I secure your services for my wedding date?

We require a deposit of $100 to "Save the Date" with us. It is non-refundable but goes towards the final balance of your cake. We accept cash and check only.

Is there a delivery fee?

There is no delivery fee associated with venues in the downtown Cleveland area or the west suburbs. Please inquire if your reception site does incur a delivery fee. The fee is calculated according to the distance we must travel.
