Cancellation & Change Policy

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us ASAP. While 50% deposits are non-refundable, any additional payments made may be eligible for a one year store credit.

Changes such as, but not limited to, size, flavors, fillings, design, message, etc. must be directly communicated with a team member a minimum of one full week (7 days) prior to your order date.

Wild Flour does not issue refunds to original payment method for any deposits. As outlined by the following, a refund in the form of a store credit may be issued in specific circumstances and at the discretion of management. In the event that Wild Flour Bakery cannot complete your order, a refund will be issued. No cash refunds under any circumstances.

The customer agrees, by placing an order, that once the cake and/or order is picked-up it is accepted “as-is” and cannot be returned nor is it eligible for refund. If the person who placed the order is not the person who comes to pick up the order, the same rule applies where once the order is received by the person who picks up, the order is accepted “as-is” and may not be returned and is not eligible for refund.
