  • Enjoying a more intimate celebration with close friends and family? We’ve got you covered. Depending on your style and final count, your cake will range between one to three tiers. And you can always supplement servings with sheet cakes or cupcakes.

    (If a Wild Flour wedding cake is provided as part of your package through your venue, you will follow the 100+ serving delivered cake steps)

  • Cakes to feed 100+ start at 3 tiers and go up depending on your final count and aesthetic. If you want a tiered cake to feed all your guests* and fall within our delivery range** your cake will be delivered by the Wild Flour team! To start the process, book a virtual consultation with us here.

    *Cutting cakes with kitchen cakes and/or cupcakes will fall under Pick Up wedding cakes

How big will my cake be?

  • If you meet the requirements for a delivered wedding cake, you will request your appointment here. Consultations should be scheduled 8-12 months prior to your wedding, and no more than 1 year out. We do all consultations virtually via Zoom, which offers the most booking flexibility and helps optimize your hour so that we can get into the nitty gritty of designing your perfect cake!

    Pick up cakes do not need an appointment; you can email, call, or come into the bakery anytime during business hours to place your order and go over all the details of your cake!

  • We do cake tastings as a take home sample box! These can be scheduled for pick up anytime during business hours, and should be ordered at least one week in advance. You can find more information about sample boxes and the included flavors here

When should I book a consultation and tasting?

How much do your wedding cakes cost?

  • Average tiered wedding cakes range from $4 to $5 per serving, which includes decorations done in our signature icing. Elements such as metallics, intricate designs, airbrushing, gumpaste flowers, or fondant details are an extra charge.

    See our portfolio here to browse examples of included and extra designs! But don’t feel restricted by the small fraction of cakes displayed in our portfolio–we are a custom bakery and can work with you to achieve almost any design!

    Cakes iced and decorated in our Swiss meringue buttercream are an additional $2 per serving.

    Fondant cakes start at $7 per serving.

  • Smaller pick up cakes will follow the same pricing as our occasion cakes. See our pricing guide here to find your starting cake cost. Your final price will be determined by the cake design.

  • We have cake stands available to rent; fees vary by stand. See our selection here and contact our wedding coordinator to check if a stand will fit your cake.

  • While we do not provide toppers or flowers, we will place them during set up if they are on the cake table when we arrive. You will need to coordinate with your florist so that they set flowers aside for the cake, and notify our wedding coordinator how you’d like the florals placed.

    Pastry trays must be kept refrigerated until the start of your reception. Make plans with your venue in advance so they’ll be able to accommodate them.

    We are only able to accommodate one dessert table per weekend. If you’re interested in this option, contact our wedding coordinator as soon as possible.

During your consultation, our wedding planner will go over any costs associated with delivery and set up to your venue!

Is there a delivery fee?

Once you choose us as your wedding bakery, you should make a $100 non-refundable deposit to secure your date. The deposit is applied to your full balance.

This does not apply to couples booking as part of a venue package.
